Personal Loans

Sometimes, you might be in a situation where you will need cash urgently. Maybe it is an emergency or business opportunity. Credit can be useful in these situations. The good news is, interests rates are low now and banks are offering more deals if you need a loan.

We often think of debt as a bad thing. But it can be good as well.

There are good debts and bad debts. Good debts are situations where you take up debt to generate income or increase your net worth by purchasing assets, such as a home. Bad debt is when you borrow money to buy depreciating assets – things that will depreciate in value over time.

Another word of caution is to keep your debt sustainable and you should not take on more than you are comfortable with. Do ensure that you income is more than enough to pay off the debt instalments plus interests.
